9 cups corn or rice Chex cereal20151016_172513

1 cup white or semisweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 tsp Watkins Pure Vanilla Extract

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 1/2 cups candy corn

1 1/2 cups Reese’s Pieces candy

2 cups mini pretzel twists

Pour Chex cereal in a large bowl and set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter together on high for 1 minute.  Stir and return to microwave, microwave in 30 minute increment until all lumps are gone.  Stir in Watkins Pure Vanilla Extract.

Pour chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the cereal, stir to coat.  Place cereal in a large zip-top bag, pour powdered sugar on top, seal and shake until evenly coated.

Spread cereal on baking pan and cool completely.

Combine cereal, candy corn, Reese’s Pieces and pretzels. Store in an airtight container.

Watkins Old-Fashioned Apple Crisp

Watkins Old-Fashioned Apple Crispwatkins cinnamon
4 cups sliced peeled tart apples (about 4 medium)
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1. tsp. Watkins Cinnamon
1/3 to 1/2 tsp. Watkins Allspice
1/3 cup cold butter
Vanilla ice cream, optional

Place apples in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. In a bowl, combine brown sugar,
flour, oats, cinnamon and allspice; cut in butter until crumbly.

Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
